Shown on each service page (tax included). Quotation-based services are provided in advance in writing.

Payment Timing

• • Credit card: Upon booking confirmation

• • Invoice: End of month closing, payment by end of the following month

Timing of Service Provision

Services are provided at the reserved date/time after confirmation. Subscriptions start on the contract date.

Offer Validity

Quotations are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified.

Cancellations / Changes

• • Free up to 24 hours before reserved time
• • Within 24 hours: 50% of booking
• • Same-day / no-show: 100% of booking
• (For corporate contracts, individual terms prevail)

Termination (Ongoing Services)

Requests must be made at least 10 days before the next renewal date. Fees for services already provided are non-refundable.

Returns / Exchanges

Due to the nature of services, returns or exchanges are not accepted after provision. Issues will be reviewed and handled appropriately.
