Questions we are asked
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many customers in Tokyo are at work during the visit and arrange key handling with us in advance. If you prefer to be there, that is equally fine.
Can you clean a small Tokyo apartment?
Yes. A one-room apartment usually takes two hours, which is our minimum booking. We will tell you honestly if your home needs more than the time you have chosen.
How quickly can someone come?
It depends on availability on the day you want. Same-day requests are sometimes possible in Tokyo; call or email us and we will tell you straight away rather than leaving you waiting.
